COVID-19 Australia

Due to the current situation around the world, we continue processing all orders on the same business day. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a short period of time and in that event, you will be notified accordingly.

Due to the current pandemic around the world, we continue processing international orders. All orders are still being processed and going out daily. Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. Taxes & Duties

Our INTERNATIONAL postal charges do not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by us and/or Australia Post.

Please check your junk mail as some customers find this email redirected to this folder.

US Orders can only be tracked once arrived in the US via https://www.usps.com

For all other countries please refer to your local carriers.

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

Postage information

Orders are sent via Australia Post may require [signature on delivery].

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the nominated address that will indicate where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases, the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot/Post Shop.

In most cases, items will be dispatched on the same business day of purchase However, for high quantity or international orders please allow 0-2 days processing time before your parcel is sent.

Please note:

Delivery times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigations, Australia Post investigations and other uncontrollable factors. These timeframes are out of our control, we will try our best to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible.

Missing parcels

In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to 28 days to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to amend the issue ASAP.

Incorrect information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be ‘Returned To Sender’ due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at info@xerom.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

Warehouse Pickup

If you are unable to collect from Macclesfield, SA 5153, DO NOT pick this option, as your parcel will be placed in our warehouse.

You will be sent a text message when your parcel is ready to be picked up at the address below. Please ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.
